After a few years in investment banking, Liz held diverse client and agency roles at DDB NY, Campbell's, Oriflame Cosmetics, Conill/Saatchi & Saatchi, and VZA across marketing, planning, creative, operations before becoming an entrepreneur in 1998.

In 2000, Liz coined Transculturation™ to shift focus from awards-driven mass reach to ROI-driven audience intelligence impact. The model helps clients profitably embed cultural fluency across the organization.
